Teaching Strategy Consulting to MBA students in the joint program between Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (Bách Khoa University) and the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW) is always an inspiring experience.

What I enjoy most is seeing experienced managers and professionals challenge assumptions, analyze real business problems, and design strategic solutions together. Strategy consulting is not only about frameworks and tools—it is about developing the mindset to diagnose complex problems and create impactful change.
