Today, I had an inspiring lecture with my master-level students, most of whom come from Switzerland and various European countries, in the course Digital Communication Strategy in Healthcare.
What made the session special is that the majority of the students are professionals currently working in various enterprises and organizations. They truly appreciated the integration between academic knowledge and practical business experience that I brought into the classroom.
During the class, we explored the three key values of a modern digital communication strategy in the healthcare sector:
1. Integrated Digital Marketing Model: from online brand communication to sales conversion and effective customer care strategies.
2. Digital Content Marketing Model: helping healthcare brands tell human-centered stories, build doctor-led content channels, foster trust, and create emotional connections with patients.
3. Digital Performance Dashboard: providing clear digital communication metrics to enable precise decision-making and optimize marketing costs.
I firmly believe that education only creates true value when knowledge is applied in real business contexts, and sharing experiences with international students working in multicultural environments always brings interesting inspiration.
