Many PhD candidates build their models based on intuition or copy them from other research papers.

You have a sufficient sample size, but the data contains many careless responses, outliers, or imbalances.
➡Modern analysis does not only require a large amount of data, but also reliable data. - Running SmartPLS without understanding the results
Many people only look at p-values or R² without knowing that they need to evaluate the measurement model first, and then move on to the structural model.
➡Software only performs calculations. The researcher is the one who develops the scientific reasoning.
The important thing is:
A quantitative study does not fail because of a lack of software. It usually fails because of flawed thinking or an incorrect research sequence.
