🎓 DR. MY ACADEMY IS HIRING ADJUNCT LECTURERS

Specializing in Quantitative Data Analysis: SPSS • AMOS • SmartPLS

Dr. My Academy is a leading academic mentoring institution supporting PhD candidates and postgraduate students in data analysis, research methodology, and international scientific publication. We are currently seeking four (04) Adjunct Lecturers to teach our Quantitative Data Analysis courses (Online & On-site).

1. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver courses in SPSS, AMOS, and SmartPLS (PLS-SEM), from beginner to advanced levels.
• Mentor and support students in analyzing data for their master’s theses, doctoral dissertations, and research projects.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of teaching materials, practical exercises, and course content.
• Teach online (via Google Meet) and/or in-person, depending on course requirements.

2. REQUIREMENTS

• A Master’s degree or higher (PhD candidates and PhD holders are preferred) in disciplines that utilize quantitative research methods.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following software combinations:
  • SPSS & AMOS, or
  • SPSS & SmartPLS
• Candidates proficient in all three software packages (SPSS, AMOS, and SmartPLS) will be given preference.
• Experience in quantitative data analysis for academic research and scientific publications (Scopus- or ISI-indexed publications are an advantage).
• Strong teaching and communication skills, with a genuine commitment to supporting students.
• Previous experience teaching research methodology or supervising academic research is highly desirable.
